In that Link that you provided on page 6 and 7 it clearly states that"(9) acts performed by a regular, full-time, salaried employee of aperson in relation to real estate owned or leased by that personunless the employee is licensed under this article, in which case thearticle does apply to him;"In plain english that means that if your parents put you on a salary, say 20 bucks a week, you are exempt from the licensing requirement.

Challenge as dealing with a part-time listing agent who didn't speak English and sellers who were on vacation at the time of sale.

All these countries have well-developed real estate industries with many people speaking English.

Thanks a lot for  your time and your detailed answer( ,we apricate  it very much.And please sorry  for my mistakes it English  ( not my first language) At our case we did some of the things you wrote at your response,  the payment for, the renovation was divided into 4 payments, and indeed in the first 3 steps we got a video and the agent checked and everything was fine.

Doesn't speak English, does most of his advertising through Craigslist, tends to rent to ethnic Russians like him in a very small, very local Russian neighborhood right between the two Russian groceries on Greenfield Avenue.

With my broken English, I did $26M in my first year, you can do it, too.

She can read English and understand, however, if it were in spanish she would be able to process it a lot quicker as it is her first language. 

A few years ago, when I was starting out, I allowed a tenant to do some flashing on the chimney of their duplex because it needed to be done and the tenant was Spanish and didn’t speak much English but his wife said it was the type of work he did.

This should be an example of our reality here in Florida that all the Newbies can look at if you could put it all down in black and white English, for us all to see.
