Should I switch over from Investnext to solely active campaign for my CRM and segment my audience based on compliance for 506b offerings etc for certain emails to them etc. or keep both platforms to be able to do updates/email content with Active campaign and then keep the ability to be the only one with access to my investors through the portal and be able to integrate with the other operator’s portals to show the offerings?

Any one that you can afford or get pre qualified for- there are many different segments to our market here- but out average sales price is in the middle $400's here in Charlotte, NC, with some below, and many above, that figure.

The middle segment is what I prefer to use; typically small crews or single guys, great quality, zero marketing and despite that they do a top job, they don't know how to handle spoiled housewifes in expensive subdivisions ;-)They work for builders, but are often under a lot of pressure on price and quality - best way to find them is in new subdivsions.
