Obviously its manufactured wood so i know its going to take a beating but i guess that's just something I've got to work on and mature as i try to evaluate decisions more from a business stand point and not from the perspective of living there myself.For the kitchen i did actually go for real plywood cabinets because i didn't want to invest in something that I would have to then replace in two years after it got wet and started to swell and break down like the IKEA and other particle board options so that wasn't so bad.Now for the issue of bandit signs I can't lie they are definitely NOT allowed in my area.

I perceive if you have a reputation as a closer you can still find some good deals, if you don’t well it’s going to be pretty tough to get an actual good deal right now.

Brokers' poor reputation has caused many brokers to rebrand themselves as “Commercial Real Estate Advisors” or “Real Estate Consultants.”This is similar to the Wealth Management and insurance industries, where commissioned salespeople pretend to be professionals who always keep the client’s best interests in mind.

The mortgage company doesn't care as long as their lein gets paid off correctly, as it should if you are using a reputable title company.The 1031 exchange is a totally different issue.

There's a reason wholesalers get a bad reputation - and it's not because they are making a profit without having skin in the game or don't have a license - it's usually because they move crappy deals, or they hang their clients out to dry when the deal goes bad, or they sell to people who really shouldn't be getting involved in the deal because they are not capable of handling the deal.Also - there's not one single definition of what "wholesaling" is.
