I have read many books and listened to podcasts and youtube videos but I do not want to start investing without some guidance first.

Since you are just starting out, try watching some videos from Mike Zuber at One Rental at a Time, @Dion McNeeley, and Millennial Mike on YouTube.

But of course section 8 tenants I am assuming will require more work.I am try to implement some of what Dr Joe Asamoah has implemented see you tube video below.

Now I am at the point where I feel ready to start, I feel like I read the same things over and over again and until I take that first step and commit into investing, I will continue reading the same things and watching the same videos and convince myself I haven't learned enough yet.

I do have tenants who can provide video of things needing repair and meet repair people. 

I have been watching a lot of videos regarding wholesaling in the USA but everytime I try and find some more info about it in Belgium I come up empty.Now my question is does anybody have experience wholesaling in Belgium or anywhere in the EU?
