No offense, I am a high wage earner who lives in Philadelphia and I can't stomach the fact that I am taxed to death. 

We are typically lenient on 1-2 offenses of late but it is habitual at this point and they have stated that they feel if its before the 7th then they are good because the lease doesn't impose fees till then.My idea for a solution was to send a letter of options for the offenders.

No offense to any agents here (I have a lic myself), but most offer little or no value.

The application I got back today is the worst one I have ever seen with at least a dozen criminal offenses, including assault which resulted in Jail time.  

Be sure to do a background check as well because eviction is considered a criminal offense. 

Or...they could see a cover letter with a (perceived) low offer as being offensive.

I'm 58 and not looking for a cookie-cutter cul-de-sac with lots of kids (no offense), rather close to restaurants, shops, etc.  

I hear a lot of suggestions to just "jump into investing" but I'm a fan of setting up a solid defense before going on the offensive.

Once again, just a recommendation please don't take offense to me saying you should do X.
