Just warning: most agents will simply search the MLS and send you a list. Just what you can do by browsing HAR on your own.

No offense to any agents here (I have a lic myself), but most offer little or no value.

Value comes from hustle and bringing you deals off market. Or a deep understanding of submarkets and other networking (good lending, title, contractors, insurance, tax protestors, etc) and experts on contact issues
