I’m going back to get my doctorate in nursing.

I have a 8400sqft pice of land close to medical center but fortbend county.

Unfortunately many elderly folks do not want to sell until after one spouse passes and the $250k does not make it work, especially if there was a refinance or HELOC or medical bills.

I occupy 50% of the building (~3,000 sq ft) with my Medical/Optometry Practice. 

Downtown is also home to a large bioresearch and medical community.

I have several doctor friends with high income. 

@Lara White I can’t use some of them because I’ll likely be medically separated, also yes I have heavily considered getting my license but I don’t want to have to tie my license with a realtor for a year (that’s my understanding of how that works)

We have to get extensive medical tests for our employees every year and like Steve Mc Queen, he worked with asbestos when he was in the Navy and died from mesothelioma about 30 or 4- years (don't know the exact number).
