There are 3 small loose lead pellets in the button shaped chamber at the bottom.

Cuomo" (and I use that term loosely) extended the eviction moratorium until September 1.  

The more inspections you conduct, the more you are telling your tenant you don't trust them and could be a way to loose a good tenant once the lease expires. 

If you go with class A the rent will be much lower compared to the purchase price and you will be breaking even or loosing money.
