Title company mentioned there is a judgement on it for $9,5000.So I am just wondering if there are some recommendations on How do I negotiate or eliminate the judgement?

@David Galvan I would look at it from a month to month basis, how much can you comfortably budget and devote to marketing rain, sleet or snow.

I'm not in Alabama yet so I will have to take a rain check on the lunch meeting.

But then I would bring up the SCRA requirements not being met.This is partly a judgement call and partly understanding what the real story is.

I have investors that are willing to pay off back judgements/liens and in return take over the property + put money in the pocket of the distressed home owner.

So in all, I see that leverage using a loan is like leverage using a level to unseat a boulder; however, if it's raining on you while you're prying the boulder free, yes you moved the boulder, which is useful, but you've also gotten all wet and it's 40 degrees outside, which is not good.
