@David Galvan I would look at it from a month to month basis, how much can you comfortably budget and devote to marketing rain, sleet or snow.

So in all, I see that leverage using a loan is like leverage using a level to unseat a boulder; however, if it's raining on you while you're prying the boulder free, yes you moved the boulder, which is useful, but you've also gotten all wet and it's 40 degrees outside, which is not good.

In Florida, this is helpful due to the weather...at no time is the home open to the rain to cause future mold issues, etc.

I already knew this one from my past.Light fixtures are going in - Lesson: -Only the ones that do not have glass on them cause I know I will break them otherwise doing something dumb.Kitchen and master bath Cabinets will be at the house on friday (after it stops raining)Lesson - have pros install themFloors will be ordered on Friday and installer is set and ready to goLesson - no way in hell am I doing this.Paint is going up this week.Just got an infusion of funding to finish this beast.
