You want an agent to spoon feed you deals.

I think he may be a bit on the pricey side, but the management company feeds him a lot of business, so he doesn't want to loose their trust. 

@Steve Vaughan  kind of non nonsensical post... most house sellers rely on their commissions to further there business efforts.. and feed their families.when you move into different kind of transactions I see some maneuvering with commish... 

Then from there the feeds would go to a disconnect for there respective unit.

The same thing happens now.The ONLY differences are two fold.1 - Now, when the first person "follows" the second, they can actually keep up with that person's activities in their dashboard activity feed.

Jeffrey Koenig,It looks like Rick Tripp and Will Barnard, besides myself are contacting attorneys for the friendly chat.Here is the feed back from the legal pool available to me.The size of the pool makes it not only problematic based on many factors that were not elaborated on but also makes each individual's ROI potentially insignificant.

I suspect, however, if everyone room is receiving cold air except for the master bedroom, one of the air ducts feeding the mater must be pinched somewhere, blocked, has holes in it, or it became lose from the main duct.
