Josh,Thank you very much for the response, and I agree that I need to transform my vague aspirations into concrete goals, and am currently working to do so.

This increased profit margins across the board by transforming Class-C units to Class-A for the price of an average Class-C rehab.

I grew up in the Fort Greene area in the 80's and 90's and the economic transformation of that community had a big impact on how I view the world.

BP is a legit resource for lots of good information and people who genuinely want to help each other and give back some knowledge.Based on a very top-level analysis, you're probably looking at a good deal.  

I'm still in total disbelief at the ongoing transformation. 

These are the little things that help sell a house and really transform it.We are hoping that the rest of the 1st floor rehab along with the outside work (siding, wrapping of windows in aluminum) will be done before the end of the month**After the rehab is complete we will be listing this property for sale.

Baltimore is not New York, Hong Kong, or Tokyo, where you can genuinely say that parking is at a premium.

Now I am much more open about it and most people seem to have a genuine interest in what I'm doing.
