Faux wood give you the style you need and durability like Real wood blinds but a little cheaper and they last longer as well compared to 5 dollar blinds cheap blinds will make property's look cheap remember you get what you pay for so spend a little more to get quality for your property's.

If I want durability, I use lower (not lowest) of their grade paint from Dunn Edwards, that is the equivalent of highest grade paint for PPG/Behr. there lies the difference.

I would also renovate with an eye toward durability (which I'm sure you know) Lower your make ready costs, for example, with durable flooring like tile, where you can.I also wouldn't rule out granite, if I were you.

If you plan to allow pets, I would rehab/choose the place accordingly; of course things like avoiding carpets in favor of durable laminates (that won't retain smells) will factor into your decision making.Ultimately I decided I'd rather have a high quality tenant with a pet.
