Concentrate your time and effort on finding a deal worth doing.

I might be playing to your bias as someone in the technology space, but given the secular trend of capital concentrating in technology companies, try to buy near their headquarters if you are looking for appreciation.

I like the scale of MF because of scale, but your cashflow per door goes down, you are more concentrated in one area (buying right is then soo important) and you will have a much different tenant.
