We have a Section 8 tenant who's portion of the rent has bounced.

I would love to meet some local members and maybe establish a mentor/mentee relationship were we could bounce ideas off each other and gain further knowledge.

This was a topic last night at dinner, as we are looking for our first property and have bounced around the idea for either hard money/private money or a partnership.
