Hey BP,Looking for a solid investment software I can plug assumptions into and have it churn out solid reports.

So, is there a reason why I don't see anyone using QB as their billing software?

What software program you looking for it to be in ?

When a lead reaches a certain criteria (you can do this by scoring or setting campaign goals based on specific actions), our software now knows it's time to take action and take care of items such as: scheduling walk throughs, showings, sending contracts for esignature, scheduling closings, etc. 

Hey all, anyone ever used this software?

Does anyone use any other calculators from elsewhere to confirm that a deal is good before buying the property?  If so and if BP will allow, please tell me what you use.  

Damone Franklin I use infusionsoft for my email marketing and you can create landing pages which are one page websites with all the deal information on it.Not cheap but great CRM software

A little bit about me: I was born and raised in LA, I'm 23 years old, and I work as a software developer.

Not even double (I do have higher geographic cost).Jobs that make 100k+ with no college degree: sales (insurance, cars, software, medical, RVs, real estate, etc), trades (plumbers, electricians, even carpet layers in my area make 120k/yr).

I have access to the LandVision software for doing research on off-market properties, and I'm looking for some recommendations on how to best filter my search criteria.
