@Simon Obas I use Cozy to collect rent, but I’ve never used their rent estimate report feature ($20 for a single property’s rent estimate is kind of expensive).Regardless, I would not go off what any single site tells you the rent should be.

The categories of loans need to be a little more granular and agree with @Robin Simon that the filtering needs a little work.

Hi @Simon Cox, great plan on running the mailers for a year and testing out different pieces for effectiveness.

@Miranda Simon the better question might be why wouldn't you work in harmony with brokers and agents?
