I had set a similar goal of cash flow from real estate, then made my goals even more lofty after reading Gary Keller's Millionaire Real Estate Investor.There's a local real estate investor's networking group call the RING that usually meets once a month on the second Tuesday of every month, although in-person meetings have been on hold because of the pandemic.  

If you haven't already read them, make sure you check out the BRRRR book by David Greene, and The Millionaire Real Estate Investor by Gary Keller.
