You are right most leveraged ETFs have daily rebalances to maintain equal leverage over the intended investment time-frame, but that doesn't really have any effect on what the value of the ETF is, it's simply adding exposure (or debt) when NAV increases and reducing exposure when it decreases.

On the one hand zillow is adding mls listings like you say on the other had there is a big back lash from the NAR calling this the death of realtors.Zillow/Trulia agents like yourself having lost list hub a major source of feeds in the short term will have less exposure for their advertising dollars This is and will be an ongoing court battle for years both sides will not go down easy@Jay Thompson

The price may be cheaper, but the cost much higher with less exposure and bad showings :) A quality flat fee model would be hard to achieve!
