Also, I saw you were interested in the FFREIA meetings - there is one Dec. 4 at 9am and Dec. 18th at 7pm both located at the Bayfront Restaurant on Empire Blvd. - @Larry T. are these different then the general monthly meetings that you mentioned above?

I think he is heavily invested in the Inland Empire and Riverside areas and often for the same prices and returns investors pay for out of state.  

I'm doing a Video Blog Post on that same thing with Moving trucks, and just saw an episode of Junk Yard Empire, where the business owners painted an old ford and put it on 20 foot high stack of cement pillars since the city wouldn't allow a pole..... 

The 8plex seems to be the biggest obstacle to growing your empire further.
