I had code violation and inspector on my tail for an illegal 2nd unit that i purchased this way. the fines added up so i got a demo permit to buy more time.

The two tail pipes converge at a T-pipe, which connects to the P-trap, then to a 90° elbow that connects to a short extension and into the wall.

Turns out zoysia is slower growing so less need to mow it; downside is that the lawn turns a straw color when the weather gets colder and only greens up again come spring warmth.Given that I see exposed rafter tails near the soffit, I'll guess that this was built around 1920 to 1930 (give or take a couple of years).
