Hey everyone, just started the NACA process by attending a workshop this weekend.

The closest workshops are in TX so I am trying to understand how this would affect the process with a realtor or lender here in OK.Thank you for your time!

My advice is sign up for the home buyers workshop, sit through four hours of basic math and get assigned a mortgage counselor.

I have not attended the first NACA workshop yet but plan to soon.
