Hello Everyone! 

I'm a newbie interested in becoming

a commercial tax lien investor, 

who wants to learn the 

ropes & can

eventually be able to

use it as passive income etc

in the near future. 

Do any current tax lien investors

have any advice? 

or can you refer me

to someone who can 

lead me on the right track

on researching, finding 

& investing, into a

tax lien commercial property?
