So I don't have a business model in which to provide you, but my two cents:1) Identify what your main bottle neck is in the process.

Though I will be able to make a comfortable living working my current job alone, I don't want to put all my eggs in one basket nor do I want to work for somebody else for 40-60 hours a week until I'm too old to enjoy the fruits of my labor.I'd love to connect with and get to know who else is investing in this region, especially those of you following the BRRRR model!  

And while, yes, I do use this investment both personally and professionally, if you look through my past posts you'll see I'm pretty even-handed about recommending it - it's not for everyone and new investors need to have a very clear idea of their needs and goals before they can decide if it's the right avenue for them.That being said, I will try to give you a brief description of the model.
