My goal is to buy my first rental property in 2019.I started watching a lot of youtube videos on the subject and stumbled upon a couple of @Brandon Turner's.

I stumbled on that review and decided to grab my copy.

I stumbled upon this thread and I was thinking the same thing as far as is it smart to become a realtor part time - sell around 5 houses a year and use the license for investing. 

A couple months ago I stumbled onto Bigger Pockets via YouTube.

I started researching self directed IRA because a lot of people seem to use that on here but I stumbled across a Solo 401k vs self directed IRA comparison and there were some compelling differences in favor of Solo 401k. 

I have been looking into real estate and stumbled across Bigger Pockets and now I am obsessed and am putting together a plan. 

I stumbled into the beginning of my first real estate investing experience a year ago when I rented out my first house.

I am a Firefighter and I luckily stumbled upon the deeper pockets podcast.
