Do you give your tenants access to the breaker panel?

I have a property that about 2-3x/year, the tenants will end up blowing 1 of their breakers because they overloaded an electrical outlet.The issue is that the circuit breaker panel is located in the garage, which I don't provide the tenants access to (I keep it for storage and cars).

If you are talking about putting wraps on the windows, I am assuming your windows are single pane, and if so, I am going to jump to a conclusion that the house is old and poorly insulated.

One of my favorites is that I get to write off 14% of any remodeling I do to my home (the percentage of my home that my home office takes up)....and of course, I can write off 100% of anything I do to my home office itself (new double pane insulated windows and automatic blinds, for example).
