Probably just spray and pray mentality  

I was legally sued by a little old lady because I dismissed the criminal charges against her spraying a guy with mace, then hitting him with a taser. 

(salt and pepper, cooking spray, coffee and tea grounds, etc?) 

Before while wading thru posts,  I was commenting to myself this is a fire hydrant of concepts just spraying out.  1.  

We take out the trash, we vacuum, we mop, we clean the toilet, we spray door knobs and light switches, we clean the countertops, showers, well everything. 

But that last time -- anything could happen.You need to carry around pepper spray and a gun if you're worried about any sort of physical confrontation with this kind of trash.

Lots of people use spray foam to seal the attic and then put the HVAC there.

Nothing else.I only offered a partial refund as I felt I was being taken advantage of.At some point this summer, crickets established their home in my unfinished basement and were singing ALL night - had to put traps and spray around the perimeter of the house to prevent intrusion. 

it depends on if your spraying or rolling. very bad idea to leave the carpets in if your using an airless sprayer.

It is basically a can of white epoxy spray paint.
