As for a GC, that’s a work in progress!

I'm sure I'll have more questions moving forward but just wanted to thank all of you for the current progress!!      

In addition to progressing within a corporation, I also have aspirations of starting my own rental portfolio and eventually would like to move into the multi-family space.

There are gaps between the chimney and the house that progressive widen toward the top of the chimney.

He showed me , There was 1 picture where I could see my tools layed out on a picnic table while I was working and I was in the picture (wearing the same coat I had on in his office)I asked him to go back to 2006 on 1 property and show the progression , I showed him where I have been removing buildings and they need to be deleted from the tax records .

My favorite saying is progress not perfection, as it reminds me to take action and get the deal done as opposed to getting bogged down in the details and overthinking things.

Progressed to a point where I had my 6 figure dream job, made a lot of memories and got to do a ton of cool stuff. 

I have another foreclosure in progress on the property  of a deceased person  with three heirs and verification as to who inherited the property. 

I have been reading post and listening to podcast for the last six to eight months; and, we finally progressed from learning to securing a deal.
