Once replaced the PSI went up significantly & we had gone crazy trying to find the reason for low pressure.It was an iron coupling on a 3/4 copper pipe feed ???? 

The problem with an LOC is it has a shelf life, but it needs to be feed whenever it is used..and that "food" doesn't come cheap.  

In towns like Redding, it's the heroin addicts, and the violent ex cons that are robbing and assaulting people to feed their habits, etc.

@Bryan GambleDon't quote me on this as I'm no web design expert but I believe it has something to do with the IDX feed and embedding a code for the actual search engine. 

Press releases, videos, articles, web 2.0 sites, link pyramids, rss feeds, wiki posts, social bookmarking, social networking, profile submissions, etc. 

I know plenty of people who still to this day feed their marketing budget by going to yard and garage sales and buying stuff for pennies and reselling for dollars.

I am seeking any advice on this idea and would love feed back!

If for no other reason, it is cheaper now than it will likely be as time proceeds.Not to mention the whole "feed the family" as the doom overclouds thing.

With money comes lot's of personal people issues... one can be what are you trying to feed with money.

If you are planning to make this a "side hustle", where you can make a few bucks here and there from time to time, it is different than if you are planning to fully replace your income within 5 years (more or less) and make it a full time career that you use to feed your family ...For a lot of mentors, it is more than just about making money from their students, it is also about their reputation.
