Once you determine what needs to be fixed/replaced, use the Internet, books, phone calls to contractor (I've used this in the past) and put together a list of costs.

@Briana Nasman Hi Briana, when I was looking for a PM in Aberdeen I did find maybe 4 local companies on the internet-you can easily find them too, in our case my wife offered to take it on and it is working really well.

These realtors prompt users to see what RE is for sale in the area by clicking on a tab and scrolling down.
