The downside to swimming pools is even at apartment buildings, almost nobody uses the pools in Los Angeles County throughout the entire year with the exception of a few times and they cost about $3000 per year to maintain with a pool cleaning company, chemicals, electricity and equipment replacement and repairs.

That's easy $1000-$2000 right there that could fix most of these items....and what is to say you don't find the exact same issues in the next house.Sorry to be a bit harsh and challenging...but to me there is no perfect house, no house without issues.

When (and only when) the windows are open, a chemical-like almost rubber smell starts coming from some of the interior walls.
