Kings is for sale, is technically wrong, since you're not selling a property you don't own yet....many have gotten into trouble there and it's not acting without a license (but could be) cases in may area went further saying fraudulent...Again, I doubt any broker will take a contract and advertise it for sale.

I have asked around about financing, and so far the best I can find is 20% down, 6.75% on a 25-year loan with a 15-year balloon (so I would probably pay it off in 15 years because I don't like to gamble).
