I came up with an issue I had before but want to handle it differently this time and need BPers advice on options.In the city, if you place a fence over 5 feet tall you need to get a permit. 

i have invested in several deals with EnergyFunders as well as investing in the site itself (through an founder round of equity).   

However, they could still end up getting cold feet before funding the deal and end up backing out at the last minute.
