I would also suggest reviewing credentials...50% of the PM firms in the city are not licensed brokers or agents affiliated with brokers....and most of the agents that claim to manage are focused on residential sales...not a great fit.

@Kent Foltz I think you've got to put the time in to research the different states and find the ones that will be the right fit for you.I started with non judicial states only then moved to judicial as well.
