I think what a lot of people on this thread are missing is that ALL business involves a middleman and end players.

@Gerald Pitts, my reference was to 2015-2017 Panama City Beach where Spring Break crowds dominated the beaches and brought plenty of negativity with them.

Success for me is for it to be common knowledge that we are the one to choose.Here let me show you because everyone here talks good talks but almost no one walks the walk too.Do a search for .. pretty much any keyword a motivated seller would type into Google to sell their house fast... not only are we #1... but scroll all the way down:Look at this video.It is not just motivated sellers..it is pretty much everything I am involved with:We friggin not just dominate, we annihilate and destroy the competition!
