You'll need to reach 20% equity across the 2 combined homes which allows you to essentially move equity from one home to the other in one transaction rather then 2 (refinance, purchase).

The number of agents is about 6 or 7 agents and they combined their sales under one team, which makes their performance very outstanding..That team put a lot of ad on everywhere such as zillow, trulia and local radios.

They want people that eat,breathe, and sleep that asset class.The broker/agent inexperience combined with overseas buyers that are not familiar with the areas creates a high barrier to entry for getting your offer accepted.Sellers would want to see proof of funds that the money is here and not overseas.
