I've recently gotten a renewed excitement for investing with hopes to supplement my income while learning more and more every day.  

We also help the homeowner increase the scope of work with code supplements and missing item supplements to the insurance company because the insurance company has an interest in keeping the settlement low.

I see RE as a nice supplemental revenue stream that will ultimately fund my retirement cash flow needs.  

Aspiring real estate investor looking to supplement my income and later leave my job and work real estate permanently alongside fitness.

I want to transition to real estate investing to supplement my retirement pay.

My thought is to have them as a co-signer or put the investors' capital under an LLC to supplement the down payments.

Giving away money every month by supplementing your tenants rent from your pocket and devaluing your property  based on cap rates.A investor that does not realise their costs increase every year and therefor increase rents to maintain or increase profits should not be in business.
