Fire damaged property

Does anyone specialize in fire damaged properties? My friends house has been damaged and hes getting an insurance check and has offered for me to place the first bid. I dont want to take on this project myself even being in the construction industry but I also dont want to pass up an opportunity. Any advice would help. Thanks.
