Road to Early Retirement - Currently in Owner-Occ'd Multi-Fam

Hello, BP.  Been lurking for a few months.  Been on the path to just read/listen/learn as much as I can.

I'm an early-to-mid career working professional in NYC looking to supplement my W-2 income with the intention to eventually take an early retirement (REALLY early).

I look forward to meeting/speaking/networking/doing business with the folks here on BP.

I live in Astoria, Queens, NY.  But my real estate interests stretch into all five boroughs, Westchester County & Nassau County.
