Next to water bottles and juice pouches, Keurig is one of the worst things for the environment and an unnecessary expense.Of course, I have a Keurig at home and at work because my wife loves it.

As is typical, half of non profitable brokerages go bankrupt each recession, and Id expect at least one of the bigger name money losing brokerages to go belly up in the next down cycle.

Is the juice worth the squeeze here?

I understand this is a very general question - but I’d love for some ideas for a plan to get the juices flowing.  

I personally live in Brownsburg for the big yards and great schools, but tough to find rentals that cash flow to make the juice worth the squeeze.

Have used practically every last dime, and am 99% done on one house - just have to find cash for locks, a plumbing fix for something that happened yesterday, a sudden electrical problem (no juice in any outlets in the kitchen), a general clean up, and I will be ready to rent and have money coming in, after paying the mortgage, on time, for more than a year.On the other house, I need 2 new AC units, for which I do not have the money, new carpets in 6 bedrooms, which I can swing, fixtures, ceiling fans, shower doors.

If it is hair or toys or paper products, and within five feet of the fixture; or before any point where another unit or home joins a common line, as long as the condition of the line itself is not the cause of "catching" the debris; or if the line itself is bellied, broken, or has root intrusion.It may be educational to sit in on a couple LL/Tenant Court sessions to see how the local Courts rule on "wear and tear" vs. damage.

The rent can be juiced in certain neighborhoods using the section 8 program.
