Aim for 15% of purchase price in yearly revenue6) if you don't purchase turn-key, come up with a furnishing plan7) get pro-photos, find a good cleaner, either via Turno or preferably by talking to locals8) a lot of youtube videos will overcomplicate the start (launch of 5 platforms, build a direct booking site, get the worlds best smart lock, automate all sorts of messages, connect to dynamic pricing, etc.)  

Good Afternoon....I'm still getting use to the platform.

we use Zoho Books, similar to Quickbooks and it comes as a part of the Zoho One platform.

Pretty simple platform, but doesn't have much customization.You could also look into Appfolio, Rentvine, Doorloop and several others, but they cost more and are more complex to implement.We use Propertyware, which is extremely customizable, which is why we selected it, but comes with a long learning curve.

I was flown in there by the developer it was wild nothing was built just nice maps and raised platforms were they pointed out where the golf course was going and lots you could pick..

I recommend listing on two platforms and to hit the ground running.

This is despite the existence of listing platforms, off-market deal finding tools, and even our own investor friendly agent finder.
