The market is hot so you can turn your flips pretty quick but not scorching like Nashville or Denver.

Hi BP community, I'm a RE Developer and Property Manager in Nashville, working primarily out in Nolensville (single family homes, commercial centers). 

Insurance seems to be really high in the mid west in general its similar in TN/nashville, memphis, knoxville markets as well.A house that would cost 700 annual premium in CA would cost around 1500-1800 in TX from what I've seen.

Any Nashville folks have a realtor they love?  

Our firm has at least 50 clients that include both Hollywood and Nashville celebrities whose own spouses and children do not know they own land lease communities who are actively shielding their ownership.There is no one prevailing reason why community owners sell.
