Nashville, TN RE Dev / Property Manager - Taxes, taxes, & talent

Hi BP community,

I'm a RE Developer and Property Manager in Nashville, working primarily out in Nolensville (single family homes, commercial centers).

Since the bulk of my business is building single family homes, I'm curious if anyone has insight or resources for better understanding taxes? Need to understand other areas of real estate better to offset the taxes being paid on my home sales. Any thoughts / recommendations?

Also, would love to connect with any fellow property managers in the area to exchange notes / tips / war stories, as I've started a PM company to support my rentals.

Thanks!

Avi
