My name is Jay, I graduated with a bachelor's in Finance and am currently pursuing my Master's of Healthcare Administration at Seton Hall University and I currently work for a top performing hospital in the country. 

It is in a rural area outside of a Port Huron which is medium sized city by Michigan standards with auto industry and healthcare along with agriculture as the main economic drivers. 

I live in Canada so healthcare/health insurance isn't a concern as others have brought up.

Very blessed to have a finance background working in healthcare making $110k a year.

Some might fear COVID, but it works for nurses and people in healthcare. 

Simultaneously, I'm going to be starting another business in Healthcare and will also be buying my first 2 rental properties this year.I've been told that if I put the properties under the LLC for our restaurant that it gives us more leverage if we wanted to buy a commercial property for our restaurant rather than lease.

Plus, this expansion creates challenges such as housing, transportation, infrastructure, education, and health care, putting greater stress on urban dwellers.

The area is always expanding the business district as well as downtown, from Access to low cost regional talent, competitive real estate cost, strong work ethics and excellent facilities for sports, shopping, leisure and healthcare.
