Real Estate Newbie, Student with not much saved

Hello everyone, 

I just wanted to take the time to introduce myself as I am a newbie to this community.  My name is Jay, I graduated with a bachelor's in Finance and am currently pursuing my Master's of Healthcare Administration at Seton Hall University and I currently work for a top performing hospital in the country.  I would like to get into commercial investing, while working full-time in the health system.  With not much money saved, and a ton of student loan debt, are there ways that I can get into investing, now or in the near future, even with all of this financial burden and very little money for a down payment?  Any help, I would incredibly appreciate, and nice to be a part of such an ambitious community.
