So bite what you can chew, rather smaller profit and for sure goes to your pocket, than a little higher profit and you have to think for a future claim, law suit, bank seizing properties or even IRS in the future knocking you down.

I was measured and honest in my description of my experience though and I do believe that they bit off more than they could chew.

This business is going to chew you up and spit you out if you are only interested in following what others do without determining if it is right for you too.

Then I tell my single twentysomething tenants not to chew on the windowsills.

I have had dogs pulled off kitchen cabinet doors, bite off corners of solid wood doors, dug big craters in the ground outside, broke sprinkler risers, broke sprinkler control wires, chewed off fence pickets at the bottom of wood gates to get outside, cats tend to completely crawl off weather seals around doors, and destroy window blinds, and carpets. 

Become a debt provider where you give an experienced investor a loan.There are many ways to structure equity and debt partnerships where you get some preferred cash flow as well as upside profit participation.There are other options, but chew on these options first.Best of luck to you Nathan,Craig Haskell

I recently purchased my own home which chewed up a good bit of my reserves.  

Use it to satisfy yourself the foundation is good and the rats didn't chew through all of the electric, and whatever else you need to have checked out to feel comfortable.  

Squirrels chewed up the wiring and insulation throughout the attic space.

This project was just a bit hard to do that with because it was so extensive and it was my first in the area so wanted to not bite off more than I can chew.
