Is anybody successfully doing realestate deals of any kind in Brisbane ?  I'm sure there is something that works here but I haven't figured it out yet.  Any advice would be greatly appreciated !

I wonder if this is common in Canada  Australia Great Britian ext.. were you have robust RE markets and investors..... or do they just think us USA citizens are the dumbest on the planet ? 

We've reached out to all of our contacts even in Australia, the UK and Canada and have been selling them on the fact that it generates rental income like a residential property but without the leaky toilets and late paying tenants.

I'm considering to move to Florida, Washington D.C, Texas or even other countries as Australia, Sweden, Hong Kong or Singapore and I need to know what are the things you have to look at before I move and invest in a place I don't know from a real estate investor perspective.
