I want to begin looking at single family homes in West Houston, Spring/Woodlands, Tomball etc.

I lived in the Woodlands for a year and loved it down there.

So the house is a 3 bed 2 bath, 1224sf, .38 acres in a very nice area of our little town of Woodland Park.

I'm on the north side (Tomball/Woodlands) but willing to go "as far" as downtown. 

I have to add your email to our list, I just assigned a wholesale deal in Woodland Drives, it needs lots of work but it's a good one, and am working on a couple others.

Look anywhere on the new Rt 99 (Grand Parkway) between Katy and The Woodlands and you will see great appreciation for the next 5-10 years.Rent to value ratios are excellent ($150,000 property will rent for $1,500).Lots of Sawx and Patriots fans here too.

It gets listed today.This house is in The Woodlands, an affluent suburb of Houston.

If you are flipping in woodlands research forest area, you need to do it right and well with wood floors or wood like tiles, nice showers etc., If you are doing fix flip in the hardy toll area, you can go easy bit and still make it nice.
