Newbie Investor in Houston Texas

Hello all,

I am a young professional living in Houston.

I have always been interested in investing in Real Estate but never had the strength to start. I am grateful for this site for the amount of information available. I feel a bit overwhelmed but it feels great. BiggerPockets you rock :)

I would like to invest in Katy, Cypress, Woodlands and Houston. If you have any insights please feel free to reach out.

I am looking for basic information on where to start and what to do in my first 3 months short goal.

( paperwork, skills, tools I need etc). How to prospect for houses? Where to find a cash buyer in town? All help is much appreciated!

All the best and wish you all great success in 2017!!
