Only with a definitive goal can you accurately assess your options.What I hear you saying is that you do want to build a rental portfolio. 

You don't need professional photos, but you definitely need to learn how to turn on lights or open curtains to brighten a space, use attractive angles, and don't show everything.

It definitely takes discipline, a growth mindset, and educating yourself but you can certainly do it!
