To all the amazing women investors on BP!

For reference, I am self-employed (I run my own online clothing business, i am 1099-k) and I've always been told that it'll be hard for me to get a conventional mortgage when you're self employed, so I am specifically asking about other types of loan options.  

Going into a house and finding clothing and all sorts of things strewn all about the house in piles on the floor often covered in filth seems to be a normal way of moving.

When the unit was inspected we found clothes and other crap piled over top of most of the radiators.

One exception that I have seen over the years has been with my fellow service men and women.

While installing the icemaker line, my tenant downstairs decided to do laundry they put their clothes in the washer, turned it on and left.

I had a group of 3 women veterans that wanted to do this out in Santa Rosa, CA, but their relationship actually fell apart during the home search and they abandoned the idea of getting a place altogether!

I see too many times where investors treat bad properties like many women treat bad men. 

I'd offer an easy online solution if they don't want to use their own provider.If a tenant can't afford renters insurance can they afford to replace their clothes, furniture, electronics, stay in a hotel, etc.?

Too much Under Armour clothing in his videos...just saying.
